Seifert Manifolds and Quantum Field Theory
  abstract

It has long been known that geometry and quantum field theory are intimately related. I will describe some of the distinguished roles played by Seifert manifolds in our understanding of low-dimensional quantum field theory, particularly in the relations between topological and superconformal field theories in three dimensions.
