Visitor Info
The Weinberg Theory Group is located on The University of Texas Campus in Robert Lee Moore Hall (known as "RLM"). Our physical address is 2511 Speedway, at the corner of 26th (called "Dean Keeton" paralleling campus) and Speedway; RLM is a 17-story 1970's monolith. We are in RLM 9.306 (ground floor is 4th floor: take elevator to 9th, proceed in direction of freight elevator, take a right and we're at the end of the hall). For maps, see UT Campus Maps. We are in Area 4 (Engineering Area). If you are driving, Parking Garages on Speedway, 27th Street, or San Jacinto are fairly close. (Parking validation stickers are available for Official University Visitors, who are also given state tax exemption cards for accommodations.)
Transportation
You will be arriving at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA). The best airport transportation is the Blue SuperShuttle (phone 512-258-3826). They have an information desk on the baggage claim level. You can also take a cab for around $25-$30. The airport posts a list of all ground transportation options. There is also convenient bus service to/from the Austin airport. (See the Capital Metro Bus Link under ground transportation options. The stop at 26th and Speedway is right outside our building, RLM. The fare is seventy-five cents.)
